If your organisation uses the Sandwai software and you are having trouble logging in, please follow these steps.
1. Contact the Sandwai administrator within your organisation. The Sandwai helpdesk is not authorised to change your access configuration or password, for important security reasons. So you will need to contact someone within your organisation.
2. Ask your internal Sandwai administrator to check the following configuration items for you.
You have an active employee record.
In your employee record, in the Security tab, you have a valid security role.
In your employee record, in the Employment tab, your access type allows for Admin App access and you do not have a past Employment End Date.
Check that you are logging in with the correct URL. This may be yourcompany.sandwai.com.
Ask your internal Sandwai administrator to change your password.
3. If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please ask your internal Sandwai administrator to contact the Sandwai helpdesk.
